Azkals' Training Continues.

After Bagiuo, azkals are back here in manila to continue their training. They also joined in the celebration of 25th Edsa Anniversary Fun Run yesterday Feb. 27 (Sunday).

Baguio (1,500 m or 4,921 ft) was set for a high-altitude altitude training and to acclimatized as well. Mongolia is at 1,350 m (4,429 ft) above sea level. High-altitude has effect on humans specially on thier performance. There is a  reduction in oxygen in high altitudes area which generally reduces the athlete's performance. They are set to continue their training at  the International School in Taguig before they will fly to J-Village in Fukushima, Japan on March 6 for further training and acclimatization. Mongolia will be at -6 to -15 degrees celscius during the match. The Team will also try to do their practice on artificial turf. It was said that the Mongolia will use an artificial turf  or a surface manufactured from synthetic fibers made to look like natural grass. examples here:
